Subscribe to all the great content from Pilates Moves Education & automatically receive updates as they are released. You have a wide choice of mini Matwork and Small Apparatus workouts, an 8-part focused series, and full classes for your home and holiday.
We've had a lot of fun putting these workouts together for you and thinking of sequences you will enjoy. If there is anything in particular that you would like us to demonstrate for you, let your instructor know if you're local or email us at [email protected] or [email protected] if you're not and we can film it for you.
We are able to incorporate any of the small apparatus such as the Chi Ball, Swiss Ball, Dura Disc, Magic Circle, Thera Band, Arm Weights, Long Foam Roller, Core Fitness Roller, Freeform Board & Sliders that you might have at home, so the variations or specific exercises for your own body and focus can be at your fingertips.
