Warm Ups; Abdominal Endurance & Spinal Flexion I; Pelvic Bridge Variations & Stretches; Leg Circles, Glutes & Stretches; Planks, Push Ups & Triceps Dips; Abdominal Endurance & Spinal Flexion II; Spine Extension Sequence; Side Waist Sequence; Glutes Sequence & Cool Downs.
This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
You will need:
A Mat & a small cushion or rolled up towel.
