Jumpboard, Arms & Abdominals Part I, Jumpboard, Arms & Abdominals Part II, Jumpboard Part III, Feet in Straps & Jumpboard Part IV, Spine Extensors with the Reformer Long Box, Seated Arms, Sides with the Short Box, Gluteal Sequence, Leg Stretches, & Long Stretch Series with Variations.

This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, Reformer Box & Jump Board.

This class is broken down into 9 mini-workouts that may be watched separately (Part 1 through to and including Part 9) if you prefer to pick and choose your focus.
