Warm Ups with the Magic Circle & Foam Roller, Core Stability & Roller, Leg & Footwork I, Abdominal Endurance with the Roller, Spine Extensors with the Reformer Box, Arms with the Reformer Box, Sides with the Short Box, Standing Gluteal Sequence, Leg Stretch Sequence, & the Long Stretch Series & Push Ups Sequence.

This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, Reformer Box, Long Foam Roller & Magic Circle.
