Warm Ups with the TheraBand, Leg & Footwork I with the TheraBand, Core Stability & Roller with the TheraBand, Leg & Footwork II with the TheraBand, Abdominal Endurance with the TheraBand & Inner Thighs with the Feet in Straps, Spine Extensors with the Reformer Box & TheraBand, Sides with the Short Box, Seated Arms, & the Long Stretch Series with Variations.

This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

A Reformer, Reformer Box, Long Foam Roller & a TheraBand.
