Warm Ups with Arm Weights & Long Foam Roller, Leg & Footwork with Arm Weights, Abdominal Endurance, Side Lying Glutes with Feet in Straps & Arm Weights, the Long Stretch Series with Variations, Spine Extensors with the Reformer Long Box & Arm Weights, Sides with the Reformer Short Box & Arm Weights, & Arms Sequence.

This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, Reformer Box, Long Foam Roller & Small Hand Weights.

This class is broken down into 8 mini-workouts that may be watched separately (Part 1 through to and including Part 8) if you prefer to pick and choose your focus.
