Pelvic Bridge Basic Knee Bends & Balance Challenge, Pelvic Bridge with Progressive Knee Bends, Pelvic Bridge with Leg Circles, Pelvic Bridge with Rainbow Legs, Pelvic Bridge with Spine Rotation & Diagonal Knee Bends, Pelvic Bridge with Leg Lifts & Side Leg Openings, Pelvic Bridge with Incremental Legs & Pelvic Bridge with Reverse Bicycle.
Gluteal Stretch & Hamstring Stretches

The focus is:
Pelvic Bridge: Pelvic stability, balance, spine extensors, gluteal & hamstrings activation.
Glute & Hamstring Stretch: co-activated gluteal stretch & hamstring stretches

This sequence is suitable for:
Low risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.

You will need:
A Mat & Swiss Ball.
