Cat Arms: Chest (pectoralis major), sides of back (latissimus dorsi), backs of arms (triceps) and abdominals.
Single Leg Cat Arms: Transfer of body weight, chest (pectoralis major), sides of back (latissimus dorsi), backs of arms (triceps) and abdominals.
Reverse Long Stretch: Chest (pectoralis major), sides of back (latissimus dorsi), backs of arms (triceps) and abdominals.
Single Leg Reverse Long Stretch: Transfer of body weight, chest (pectoralis major), sides of back (latissimus dorsi), backs of arms (triceps) and abdominals.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
