Scooter with Chest Expansion: Gluteal activation, triceps (back of arms), latissimus dorsi (sides of back) & balance.
Scooter with Kick Backs: Gluteal activation, triceps & balance.
Scooter with Soldier Arms: Gluteal activation, triceps, latissimus dorsi, posterior shoulder & balance.
Scooter with Overhead Arms: Gluteal activation, triceps, posterior shoulder & balance.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
