The Leg & Footwork I exercises are:
Overhead Triceps
Overhead Triceps with Double Leg & Footwork: Wide Heels, Wide Toes, V Toes
Biceps & Deltoids with VMOs

The focus is:
Overhead Triceps: Triceps (back of arms) activation.
Overhead Triceps with Wide Heels: Triceps, hip disassociation, lateral rotation of the thighs, quadriceps (front of thighs) & adductor (inner thighs) activation.
Overhead Triceps with Wide Toes, V Toes: Triceps, hip disassociation, lateral rotation of the thighs, quadriceps, adductors & calf activation.
Biceps & Deltoids with VMOs: Biceps (front of arms), deltoids (top of shoulder), hip disassociation, medial rotation of the thighs, vastus medialis obliquus (inner side of quadriceps near your knee) & calf activation.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer & Hand Weights
