The Leg Stretching exercises are:
Kneeling Gluteal Stretch, Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch, Kneeling Quadriceps Stretch & Standing Hamstring Stretch I & II Combo Stretch.
The focus is:
Kneeling Gluteal Stretch: Co-activated gluteal stretch.
Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch: Co-activated hip flexor (front of hip) stretch.
Kneeling Quadriceps Stretch: Co-activated quadriceps (front of thigh) stretch.
Standing Hamstring Stretch I & II Combo Stretch: hamstring (back of thigh) & hip flexor stretch.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
