Reformer xxxix: Intermediate-Advanced Leg & Footwork II with Helen Tardent

The Leg & Footwork II exercises are:
Progressive Flex & Rise, Walking I, II, III & Hamstring Stretch.
The focus is:
Progressive Flex & Rise: Hip disassociation, ankle stability, foot articulation & calf endurance; activation of your quadriceps (front of thighs), gluteals, plantar flexors (back & side of lower leg, & underneath of feet), & dorsiflexors (front of lower leg & ankle).
Walking I, II & III: Gastrocnemius stretch (superficial calf), soleus stretch (deep calf) & hip flexor stretch.
Hamstring Stretch: co-activated back of thigh stretch, & calf stretch.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
You will need:
A Reformer.
