The Leg & Footwork II exercises are:
Progressive Flex & Rise, Walking I, II & III.

The focus is:
Progressive Flex & Rise: hip disassociation, quadriceps (front of thighs), gluteal activation, calf activation ankle & foot articulation.
Walking I, II & III: Gastrocnemius stretch, soleus stretch & hip flexor stretch.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
