Parallel Toes with Double Arm Lift.
Single Parallel Toes with Grand Battement & Single Arm Lift.
Single Parallel Toes with Grand Battement & Double Arm Lift.

The focus is:
Heels: Core stability, balance, hip disassociation, hamstrings (back of thighs) activation, biceps (front of arms) & anterior deltoid (front of shoulder) activation.
Toes: Core stability, balance, hip disassociation, hamstrings (back of thighs) activation, calf activation, plantar flexor activation (underneath of feet), biceps (front of arms) & anterior deltoid (front of shoulder) activation.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, Foam Roller & Hand Weights.
