The Short Box Sides exercises are:
Side Lifts Hold, Side Lifts Simple, Hold with Semi-circle, Side Lifts with Semi-circle & Side Stretch.

The focus is:
Side Lifts with variations: Activation of your obliques (lateral flexors, which are involved in bending & rotating your spine sideways; lateral stabilisation (which involves holding your spine in an isometric sideways position), & coordination.
Side Stretch: Oblique stretch.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, a Reformer Box & a Chi Ball.
