The arm exercises are:
Side Kneeling Biceps with Variations, Chest Expansion I & II, & Kick Backs I & II.

The focus is:
Side Kneeling Biceps with Variations: Torso stabilisation & biceps (front of upper arm).
Chest Expansion I & II: Torso stabilization & hip disassociation, activation of your latissimus dorsi, teres major & posterior deltoids (shoulder extensors, which are involved in pulling your arm back) & triceps (arm retroversion, which are involved in pulling your arm back past the line of your torso).
Kick Backs I & II: Torso stabilization & hip disassociation, activation of your latissimus dorsi, teres major & posterior deltoids, & triceps (back of upper arms).

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer.
