100s Squeezes Lowering, Little Frog, 100s Squeezes Lowering (1 leg in opposite strap) & Little Frog (1 leg in opposite strap)
The focus is:
Hip disassociation, activation of your spinal flexors (abdominals), leg adductors (inner thighs), control & endurance.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
You will need:
A Reformer & a Chi Ball.
