The Spine Extension exercises are:
Prone TheraBand Pulses, Overhead Press II with TheraBand Pulses, Swan Arms with TheraBand Pulses, Overhead Press II & Swan Arms with TheraBand Pulses, & Child’s Pose.

The focus is:
Prone TheraBand Pulses: Activation of leg abductors (outer thighs).
Overhead Press II with TheraBand Pulses: Shoulder flexion, activation of triceps (back of upper arms) & leg abductors.
Swan Arms with TheraBand Pulses: Shoulder flexion, activation of triceps, co-activation of the 3 spinal joint complexes (lower, middle & upper back), spine extension, & leg abductors.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, a Reformer Box & a TheraBand.
