Helen Tardent from Pilates Moves & Emergy Pilates guides you through an intermediate-advanced level Reformer & Small Apparatus sequence.

The Leg & Footwork II exercises are:
Progressive Flex & Rise with the TheraBand, & Walking I, II, III, Hamstring Stretch & Side to Side.

The focus is:
Progressive Flex & Rise with the TheraBand: Stretching & activation of calves, plantar flexors (back & side of lower leg, & underneath of feet), & dorsi flexors (front of lower leg & ankle), ankle stability, calf endurance, & triceps (back of your upper arms).
Walking I, II & III: Gastrocnemius stretch, soleus stretch & hip flexor stretch.
Hamstring Stretch: Gastrocnemius stretch, hip flexor stretch & co-activated hamstring stretch.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer & TheraBand.
