The Spine Extension exercises are:
Prone TheraBand Pulses, Swan Arms with TheraBand Pulses, Swan Dive with TheraBand Pulses, Grasshopper with TheraBand Pulses, & Child’s Pose.

The focus is:
Prone TheraBand Pulses: Activation of leg abductors (outer thighs).
Swan Arms & Swan Dive with TheraBand Pulses: Shoulder flexion & extension, co-activation of the 3 spinal joint complexes (lower, middle & upper back, & neck), spine extension, & leg abductors.
Grasshopper with TheraBand Pulses: Shoulder flexion & extension, co-activation of the 3 spinal joint complexes (lower, middle & upper back, & neck), spine extension, leg abductors & knee flexors.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, a Reformer Box & TheraBand.
