The Warm Up exercises are:
Press Outs, Pelvic Roll Up, Side to Side, Preparation for Abdominals & Preparation for Twist.
The focus is:
Press Outs: Activation of leg abductors (outer thighs).
Pelvic Roll Up: Spinal articulation, & activation of leg abductors (outer thighs).
Side to Side: Spinal Rotation, & activation of leg abductors.
Preparation for Abdominals: Spinal flexion, & activation of abdominals & leg abductors.
Preparation for Twist: Spinal flexion & rotation, & activation abdominals & leg abductors.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
You will need:
A Reformer & a TheraBand.
