Side Lifts Hold, Side Lifts Simple, High V & T Combo, & Side Stretch.
The focus is:
Side Lifts with variations: Activation of your obliques (lateral flexors, which are involved in side bending & rotating your spine; lateral stabilisation (which involves holding your spine in an isometric sideways position), & coordination.
Side Stretch: Oblique stretch.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

A Reformer & Reformer Box.
