Side Stretch, Overhead Press I, II & Swan Arms.
The focus is:
Side Stretch: Side waist stretch (lateral flexion & rotation).
Overhead Press I, II: Spinal rotation, & activation of middle back, anterior & middle deltoids (shoulders), & triceps (back of upper arm).
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
