The Seated Arm exercises are:
Reverse Overhead Arms, Reverse Hug-a-tree, & Reverse Bus Driver Arms.
The focus is:
Reverse Overhead Arms: Activation of anterior deltoid, pectoralis major & coracobrachialis (shoulder flexors, which are involved in lifting your arms above your head).
Reverse Hug-a-tree & Bus Driver Arms: Activation of posterior deltoid, infraspinatus & teres minor (horizontal abductors of the arm, which involves the muscles of your shoulder blades & back of shoulder).
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
You will need:
A Reformer.
