The Leg & Footwork I exercises are:
Wide Heels, Wide Toes, V-Toes & VMOs with the Magic Circle.

The focus is:
Wide Heels, Wide Toes & V-Toes with Magic Circle variations: Hip disassociation, lateral rotation of the thighs, & activation of quadriceps (front of thighs), leg adductors (inner thighs), & pectoralis major & anterior deltoid (horizontal adduction, which involves your chest muscles).
VMOs: Hip disassociation, medial rotation of the thighs, & activation of eccentric vastus medialis obliquus (inner side of quadriceps near your knee), calves, pectoralis major & anterior deltoid (horizontal adduction, which involves your chest muscles), & biceps (front of upper arm).

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
