Roll Back Abs with Magic Circle, Roll Back Biceps.

The focus is:
Roll Back Abs with Magic Circle: Abdominal endurance & spinal flexion, & activation of pectoralis major & anterior deltoid (horizontal adduction, which involves your chest muscles).
Roll Back Biceps: spinal flexion, & activation of Biceps (front of upper arms).

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

A Reformer & Magic Circle.
