The focus is:
100s Stingray with Flight Arms, 100s Stingray with Spanish Arms, 100s Stingray with Swan Arms: Co-activation of the 3 spinal joint complexes (lower, middle & upper back, & neck), spine extensor endurance, & leg abductors (outer thigh).
Kneeling Child’s Pose: Spine extensor stretch.
