The focus is:
Parallel Heels, Parallel Heels Curl Up, Parallel Heels Curl Up Twist, Parallel Heels Curl Up Circles with TheraBand: Core stability, balance, hip disassociation, & activation of rectus abdominus & obliques (spinal flexors and rotators, which are involved in lifting & rotating your torso), hamstrings (back of thighs), dorsiflexors (front of lower leg & ankle), & leg abductors (outer thigh).
Parallel Toes, Parallel Toes Curl Up, Parallel Toes Curl Up Twist, Parallel Toes Curl Up Circles with TheraBand: Core stability, balance, hip disassociation, & activation of rectus abdominus & obliques, hamstrings, & plantar flexors (back & side of lower leg, & underneath of feet), & leg abductors.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.
You will need:
A Reformer, Long Foam Roller & TheraBand.
