This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, Reformer Box, Long Foam Roller & a Magic Circle.

This class is also broken down into mini-workouts that may be purchased separately in 10 parts (Part 1 through to & including Part 10) if you prefer to pick & choose your focus.
