Curl Up Twist with Single Leg Extension: Spinal flexion & spinal rotation, abdominal endurance, pelvic stability & hip disassociation.
Curl Up with Diamond Legs Feet Down, Curl Up with Single Leg Diamond Lift, Curl Up with Single Leg Extension Side: Spinal flexion, abdominal endurance, pelvic stability & hip disassociation.
