Kneeling Side Leg Lift with Leg Lift Side & Leg Lift Forward, Kneeling/Seated Side Stretch & Seated Gluteal Stretch.

The focus is:
Kneeling Side Leg Lift with Leg Lift Side: Balance, lateral stabilisation, & the activation of leg abductors (outer thighs).
Kneeling Side Leg Lift with Leg Lift Forward: Balance, lateral stabilisation, hip disassociation & the activation of leg abductors & hip flexors (outer thighs & front of hip).
Kneeling/Seated Side Stretch: Side waist stretch.
Seated Gluteal Stretch: Co-activated gluteal stretch.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
