The focus is:
Pelvic Stability I & II: Core stability, pelvic stability & balance.
Leg Circles: Core stability, pelvic stability, balance, hip disassociation, activation of your quadriceps & hip flexors (front of thigh).
Lunge Combo: co-activated hip flexor & hamstring (back of thigh) stretches.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.

You will need:
