Breathing: Establishing awareness of the lengthening the diaphragm & pelvic floor through breath, & pelvic floor activation.
Arm Openings: Core stability & balance.
Single Knee Openings: Core stability, pelvic stability & balance.
Side to Side: Spinal rotation, core stability & balance.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
You will need:
A Mat & a Long Foam Roller.
