Rolling, Helen’s Hula I &II, Dove Tail & Diamond Combo, & Side to Side with Feet Down.

The focus is:
Rolling: Spinal flexion, spinal massage, balance & control.
Helen’s Hula I &II: Balance, abdominal endurance, spinal articulation, spinal flexion & rotation.
Dove Tail & Diamond Combo: Balance, abdominal endurance, spinal flexion, hip disassociation, lateral (turn-out of thighs) & medial rotators (turn-in of thighs) of your leg.
Side to Side with Feet Down: Spinal rotation, core stability & balance.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.

You will need:
A Mat & a Roller.
