Rolling: Spinal flexion, spinal massage, balance & control.
Single Leg Stretch, Single Leg Stretch Twist, Scissors & Scissors Twist: Abdominal endurance & spinal flexion & rotation, hip disassociation & coordination.
Side to Side with Feet Down: Spinal rotation.
