Front Support with leg Slides: Prone torso stabilisation, hip disassociation & coordination.
Push Ups: Prone torso stability, chest & triceps activation, hip disassociation & coordination.
Triceps Dips with Leg Slides: Shoulder girdle stability, Triceps, hip disassociation & coordination.
Triceps Stretch: co-activated triceps stretch & side stretch
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
