Side Lying Leg Lifts: x2 Increments, Simple, Pulses, Sweep, x2 Increments 90°, Simple 90°, Pulses 90°, & Glute Stretch.
The focus is:
Side Lying Leg Lifts x2 Increments, Simple, Pulses: Lateral flexor stabilisation & activation of obliques (side waist), & medial glutes.
Sweep: Lateral flexor stabilisation & activation of obliques, hip flexors, medial glutes, & hip disassociation.
x2 Increments 90°, Simple 90°, Pulses 90°: Lateral flexor stabilisation & activation of obliques, hip flexors, medial glutes, & hip disassociation.
Glute Stretch: Co-activated gluteal stretch.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
You will need:
A Mat & a small cushion or rolled up towel.
