Pelvic Bridge Simple: Lengthening of spinal flexors & hip flexors, and activation of spine extensors, gluteal & hamstrings.
Pelvic Bridge with Shoulder Bridge Lifts: Pelvic stability, coordination, & activation of spine extensors, gluteals, hamstrings, & hip flexors.
Glute & Hamstring Stretch: co-activated gluteal stretch & hamstring stretches.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
