The exercise segments are:
Warm Ups; Abdominal Endurance & Spinal Flexion I; Pelvic Bridge with Shoulder Bridge Lifts & Stretches; Leg Circles, Leg Stretches, Planks & Push Ups; Abdominal Endurance & Spinal Flexion II; Spine Extension Sequence; Side Lifts & Side Bend Sequence; Side Lying Gluteal Sequence & Stretches.

This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Matwork instructors & students.

You will need:
A Mat & a small cushion or rolled up towel.

This class is also broken down into mini-workouts that may be purchased separately in 8 parts (Warm Ups through to and including Part 7) if you prefer to pick and choose your focus.
