The focus is:
Neutral Pelvis, Neutral Spine: Establishing supine neutral pelvis & neutral spine awareness.
Breathing: Establishing diaphragmatic breath.
Pelvic Roll Up with Foot & Ankle Coordination: Spinal flexors & extensors, glutes, hamstrings, ankle plantar flexors & dorsi flexors (point & flex your ankles), & coordination.

Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate level Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
