100s Marching: Abdominal endurance & spinal flexion, perturbation of your arms to facilitate your core, hip disassociation, & left & right brain coordination.
Roll Ups Simple: Spinal articulation & spinal flexion.
Roll Backs with Arm Circles: Abdominal endurance, spinal flexion, circumduction of your arms, & coordination.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
