Front Support with Knee Lowers, Front Support with Knee Lowers Twist, Push Ups with Knee Lowers, Push Ups with Knee Lowers Twist, Triceps Dips with Leg Slides, & Triceps & Side Stretch.
The focus is:
Front Support: Prone torso stabilisation & rotation, hip disassociation & coordination.
Push Ups: Prone torso stability & rotation, chest & triceps activation, hip disassociation & coordination.
Triceps Dips with Leg Slides: Shoulder girdle stability, Triceps, hip disassociation & coordination.
Triceps Stretch: co-activated triceps stretch & side stretch

Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
