Leg Circles, Lunge Hip Flexor Stretch I & II, Scooters & Pigeon Stretch.
The focus is:
Leg Circles: Pelvic stability, hip disassociation, anterior thigh (quadriceps & hip flexors).
Lunge Hip Flexor Stretch: co-activated hip flexor Stretch.
Scooters: Glute activation & balance.
Pigeon Stretch: Gluteal Stretch.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
