Pelvic Bridge Simple, Pelvic Bridge Reverse Develope, Gluteal Stretch & Hamstring Stretch

The focus is:
Pelvic Bridge Simple: Spine extensors, gluteal & hamstrings activation , lengthening of spinal flexors & hip flexors.
Pelvic Bridge Reverse Develope: Pelvic stability, balance, spine extensors, gluteal & hamstrings activation, hip flexion & coordination.
Glute & Hamstring Stretch: co-activated gluteal stretch & hamstring stretches

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
