100s: Abdominal endurance & spinal flexion, perturbation of your arms to facilitate your core, hip disassociation & outer thighs.
Roll Ups Simple: Spinal articulation & spinal flexion.
Roll Ups & Knee Tuck Stretch: Spinal articulation & spinal flexion with co-activated spinal flexors & extensors, & Hamstring Stretch:
Roll Backs: Abdominal endurance, spinal flexion & rotation, & hamstrings.
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate Pilates Matwork instructors & students.
