Breathing: Establishing diaphragmatic breath, & the lengthening & activation of your pelvic floor through breath.
Pelvic Roll Up, Pelvic Hover with Leg Slides & Circles, Side to Side, Preparation for Abdominals Simple & Double Leg Slides, Preparation for Twist with Double Leg Slides & Leg Slides Side, & Preparation for 100s: Spinal flexors, extensors & rotators, pelvic stability & hamstrings.
