Rolling, Single Leg Stretch, Single Leg Stretch Twist, Double Leg Extension, Side to Side I, II, III, Pendulum & Side to Side with Feet Down.
The focus is:
Rolling: Spinal flexion, spinal massage, balance & control.
Single Leg Stretch, Single Leg Stretch Twist, Double Leg Extension: Abdominal endurance & spinal flexion & rotation, hip disassociation, adductors (inner thighs) & abductors (outer thighs).
Side to Side I, II, III, Pendulum & Side to Side with Feet Down: Spinal rotation & abductors (outer thighs).
This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors and students.
You will need: A Mat & Magic Circle.
