Side Leg Lifts with Variations (Simple, Sweep with Lowers, 90° Lifts, Reverse Sweeps & Side Pulses), Kneeling/Seated Side Stretch & Seated Gluteal Stretch.

The focus is:
Side Leg Lift with Variations: Kneeling lateral stabilisation, balance & activation, & outer thigh activation (abductors).
Kneeling/Seated Side Stretch: Side waist stretch.
Seated Gluteal Stretch: Co-activated gluteal stretch.

This sequence is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy intermediate-advanced Pilates Matwork instructors & students.

You will need:
A Mat & Swiss Ball.
