This class is suitable for:
Low-risk apparently healthy advanced Pilates Reformer instructors & students.

You will need:
A Reformer, Reformer Box & a TheraBand.

This class is also broken down into mini-workouts that may be purchased separately in 7 parts (Part 1 through to & including Part 7) if you prefer to pick & choose your focus.
